 cutout can not seem to rally even with lowered kill                                                                 
Retail comment:
no reports as of yet on superbowl clearance   super bowl is one of the biggest consuming weekends of the year       
Comments:
last weeks cash trade basicly steady 100 lower  the south was 12200-12300  and the north was 19600-20000. packers are losing big money so we will watch to see if they continue to cut back on the kill and will they be able to buy cash lower again this week.
